Green Sail Capital Partners is a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm specializing in the financial services industry, including sell-side M&A advisory, private capital raise, and valuation services for registered investment advisors (RIAs) and independent financial advisors.

Any engagement for advisory services is subject to a separate written agreement between Green Sail and the client.
