Christopher Gent

Co-Head, Mergers and Acquisitions

Chris is a co-founder of Green Sail Capital Partners and is based in Boston. He brings over 20 years of investment banking and financial industry experience, with a deep focus on M&A advisory.

Prior to founding Green Sail, Chris helped build and lead LPL Financial’s M&A advisory practice, where he ran the firm’s top-producing team. During his tenure, his team set records for both total transaction value and revenue multiples achieved. Earlier in his career, Chris worked at Tully & Holland, a boutique investment bank focused on significant consumer transactions.

Chris began his career at State Street Bank, working on the Wells Fargo and Wachovia Securities merger, before moving to MFS Investment Management, where he worked on the trading floor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College and an MBA from Boston College, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.

Ryan Kaminski

Co-Head, Mergers and Acquisitions

Ryan is a co-founder of Green Sail Capital Partners and is based in Chicago. He has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and M&A advisory, with a focus on sell-side engagements and capital raises.

Before Green Sail, Ryan was an inaugural member of LPL Financial’s sell-side advisory services group. He began his career at Bridgepoint Investment Banking in Omaha, where he advised on capital raise and sell-side M&A engagements across a variety of industries. Across his career, Ryan has advised on more than $1 billion in transaction origination and execution.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis from Creighton University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
